We offer good quality and quantity Pub Food at reasonable prices, we have an excellent reputation for our food, providing local produce, all meats are bought locally from a renowned butcher in Sutton Farm, vegetables where possible are purchased from the local farm shop(s) and the majority of other food products are purchased within a four mile radius of the pub.

We only served home made chips, made from local potatoes, peeled on the premises and hand chipped, they are then blanced in the tradional way and fried fresh when ordered. (we will never use frozen chips unlike the majority of pubs in the surrounding area)
Our menu and special boards offers a wide range of dishes, firm favourites like Steak and Onion pie, Chilli Con Carne etc. We offer a range of Fish options, a range of chicken dishes and as mentioned a range of locally purchased Steaks, including Sirloin, and for the more healthy appetite our famous Mixed Grill.
